I am a professional
psychotherapist, on the UKCP register, working in private practice
and with ten years experience of seeing clients.
Typically, my approach to therapy will involve quite
a lot of dialogue, focussing upon your actual feelings, thoughts
and concerns. Dialogue is the starting point for an experiential
process aiming at psychological movement and change. How long the
process takes depends on you as an individual person: some clients
I see for short periods of time (i.e. for counselling) and some
for longer periods of time (for psychotherapy).
